Such as, real butter, fresh milled flour real cream, milk, and fresh eggs. If you have a diet restriction we will use alternative ingredients for Diabetic, Gluten Free, Low Fat baking. Service and quality is important to us. To set up you private taste consultation for either cakes, tarts, or pies, appointment is required. We also setup no charge, delivery in Owen Sound no charge. Out side of Owen Sound there is a minimal charge for gas, but no set up fee. The inner heart desire, that was breathed within, I contribute to my Lord, who is my all in all, and gave me the talent. The name MarJennys, is a tribute to my grandmother (Jenny ), who used a revolving piano stool to decorate her delicate wedding cakes, and to my mother (Marjorie) who gave me life. One can say I am also self taught with over 20 years of keen desire and hands on training, with school and reading, I just love this art. The beauty is endless. So bring you pictures, ideas, friends plus your taste buds . Cake designs from pictures will not be copied, so as to give credit to the artist but, ideas can be presented and changed to represent your personal dreams. **For weddings and larger functions, a non refundable deposit is required** Pricing for weddings will vary as each wedding cake design is different, the extensive work, unique intricate design and detail, will determine the price. Have a set budget, we will work within your price range when possible. At MarJennys we also prepare, fresh made pies, tarts, bars, party trays, tea biscuits, holiday baking, Christmas Jamaican rum cake, carrot pudding . We also rent artificial wedding cakes, (your design) percentage returned. Stands and fountains are also rented with a deposit. Specializing in pure homemade butter cream icing, faux fondant rolled fondant,chocolate glaze, seven minute frosting. Gluten/Wheat Free Baking done in a separate oven, separate pans, and mixer. Wheat free flours, ingredients are separate and sealed until ready to use. Done on Monday and Tuesday regardless. Advance notice is required. To help celebrate your first year after your celebration, we offer a free 8in cake (or) a child's first birthday cake , when you book your wedding with us.
